Returns Policy

Kookoon's Return Policy:

REFUND

Kookoon will happily accommodate the following return options within 14 days  for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached and in the original packaging, at your expense.Please read carefully before placing your order to avoid disappointment as by shopping with us, you are agreeing to the following policy. Please notify in email that you are requesting a return to sales@kookoon.com.au

If the following conditions are not met then a credit on your account can be offered and expires after 6 months.

Sale and discounted items (including flash sales) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If i have reduced an item due to a small fault this cannot be returned if you change your mind or seem dissatisfied.

Earrings can not be refunded or exchanged due to health regulations

Candles can not be refunded or exchanged, so choose wisely. They all smell delicious.

Prices are subject to change without notice due to promtional activity. A refund will not be given if a product has been discounted after purchase

EXCHANGE

Let us know your exchange preference and we can hold the particular item until your return is received, within the 14 day timeframe. You will be required to pay shipping on the exchange.This is for full price items only, not sale or discounted items

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

If notified before goods have been dispatched, Kookoon can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Kookoon reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

All items have been inspected and steamed prior to packaging so nothing will be sent out with any flaws, only looking beautiful.
